I don't know why, but as soon as I saw this I thought it was a boy who was crying over a girl because he had just given his virginity to her and he was ashamed of himself. I have an angsty mind. O_O

I think it symbolizes how the girl is pregnant, and that she didn't want it, and her parents are going to do something (or guardian) and she has to get an abortion, and therefor, the baby inside is crying.... and the tears are coming out
